THINGS TO TAKE NOTE:
The practice on 28th has been changed to a DAY CAMP, which means your camp officially starts on the 28th December. You all are to bring everything you need for the overnight camp on the 29th and it will be locked in your respective dormitories. This is so that in case you forget anything, you still have monday night to go home and get it.
Lunch on the 28th will be catered, however since our band does not have enough money to pay for the lunch, each member has to pay $4 each for their lunch. Lunch will consist of Mee siam, Fried Chicken, Grilled Fish, Agar Agar and fruit punch. Whether you eat it or not will be up to you, but you must pay. PLEASE remember to bring the money on the 28th and pay to Chun ting.
Please make sure you are present on 28th as there will be no time on the 29th to do anymore group allocation. Each group will have two appointed leaders. Your sec3 in the group will be in charge of keeping your electronic gadgets. Reason being, when you all are doing activities, it wouldnt be safe for you all to be carrying your phone around, and also it would be very troublesome for you to carry it around while doing games, drills etc. So most of the time, your gadgets will be kept with your sec3 group I/C unless there's an emergency.
YOU ARE ALLOWED TO BRING SNACKS, however you will need to surrender it to Chun Ting on 28th or 29th when you arrive. As the POP will be on the 29th at 8pm, you all will need to get ready early. Hence Dinner will be served early too. Therefore, if after POP anyone of you are to be hungry, you can look for Chun Ting to get your snacks and eat in the void deck or canteen. NO FOOD ALLOWED IN DORMS.
Please try to bring a watch as well because your phones will not be with you and our schedule for the camp is very packed and we cannot afford any delays otherwise it will be eating into your sleep time.
Awards will be given out. The criteria for the awards will be announced on 28th dec! :) And one thing for sure is that you will be judged for your punctuality and participation.
Since most of you all didnt come for band practice yesterday, here's a copy of the packing list:
# Your 1st Uniform (White Long sleeve shirt, Black leather marching shoe, black band bottoms, band jacket, and black socks [half knee length for those wearing skirts, above ankle for those wearing pants]
# 2 PE Shirt/Band Tee
# 1 PE shorts
# 1 pair of white socks
# Home clothes for sleeping
# Sufficient Undergarments
# Towel
# Toiletries (Shampoo, Body soap, toothbrush, toilet paper etc)
# Sleeping Bag
# Slippers/Sandals (for showering)
# 1.5 litre water bottle
# stationeries (ESPECIALLY A WELL FUNCTIONING PENCIL)
# Non-disposable Utensils (Fork, Spoon, Mugs, Plates)
# Personal Medication
# Torchlight (optional)
