wednesday, i want all of you to make sure all your scores are all ready, including the NDP peformance outside of school ones. i don't want when mr ong comes then you people go and look for it. and if you know you are needing the piece, GET IT BEFORE HAND. like your fanfare, since it's in a book, get it BEFORE WAN YEE CONDUCTS PRACTICE.
oh yes, BEFORE WEDNESDAY, check all your uniforms and tell the welfare if you are missing any parts of the uniform. CHECK BOTH YOUR FIRST UNI AND THE MANDARIN ORANGE ONE. and the welfare is annabelle, wei zhen and kimberly. I WANT THIS DONE. I DON'T WANT A REPETITION OF WHAT HAPPENED DURING SYF. so if you don't want to be wearing ugly bow ties, tell welfare. GIRLS, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOU HALFKNEE LENGTH SOCKS.
SECTIONAL LEADERS. make sure you have all the instruments serial number and the case number, if available. i want the list to be ready BY wednesday. i don't want to see people wednesday then start to do this thing okay. either monday or tuesday, get someone to get the keys and open up the band room+store room to get all stuffs ready. then pass the list to the QM (wen jie or kian hwee) on wednesday.

this concert is after band practice so i'd very much l;ike it if the whole band go and we can rush there together, with books and school u and stuffs. tickets are available at 6 each, not very expensive. SO SAVE UP YOUR MONEY AND PASS TO US LATEST BY THURS.
there's also another concert coming up, by ACS(I), as i was told by hong ping. it's on the 4th of august and tickets are selling at $8 each. it's on the 4th so that means you still have alot of time to start saving up your money. 4th of august is on a sat and it starts at 7. i'd appreciate it if you guys make that day available because i'm pretty sure ACS(I) band is a pretty good one. the concert repertoire is not known yet, although i'll post it here when i'm informed of it.
