Hi all, i am going to be writing 1 whole large chunk of things here, So bear with me. And, this post is probably going to be a BIT scary, please take note.

1st thing, can the people who post anything please SIGN OFF with your name? I am too tired to figure out whoever posted something. Thanks.

2nd thing, the rules are out. I will not want any lame excuses saying that you know non of them since it's just normal things that should not be happening before, during band practices. Well, the need for these rules are because of the fact that the discipline is dropping drastically, AND I really cannot tolerate all these nonsense forever and ever. Everyone has a limit, and i am reaching mine. So, please, don't try me. Enough of all the crap i am yapping, these are the soon to be forgotton BASIC discipline that is dropping, thus the need for these set of rules.

There are a total of 9 here. It will effectively start from tomorrow onwards. (Sorry that it is small)

3rd thing, i EXPECT a MC or letter from your PARENT to explain why you couldn't make it on Friday evening. For the people who didn't come, 1st, do you think it is fair to the whole band? Maybe they also had lessons, but they shifted it away, or had a make-up lesson? 2nd, maybe you think that, "Aiya, only 1 or 2 person in my section never come nia, what is the big fuss about? Anyway, my other section mates will surely come one what." Let me remind you that we are not a 100+ members band where a missing students wouldn't carry much significance AND if everyone though the same, then just nice everyone all never come. Then what? = die already lah. Plus some sections all is one person per part. Don't assume that people can just help you cover your part when you are not around. You are just making 1person doing the work of 2. If your partner did that to you, do you think that it is fair? If you think that it is totally fair, i have nothing to say already. If you think, "The world is full of unfairness.", then maybe you heard of, "Doing what you want others to do to you?"

4th thing, i REMEMBER clearly how many people said they couldn't go for the genting trip(it was less than 10), BUT LOOKING AT THE LIST THAT I GAVE YOU GUYS TO WRITE YOUR NAMES ON, I FIND IT TOO PATHETIC. LESS THAN 1/2 THE BAND IS GOING, TO BE EXACT, IT'S ONLY 26/27. TOTAL STRENGTH OF THE BAND IS 60+. Counting even if strength is 60, and 10 people could not make it BECAUSE OF GENUINE REASONS, i should have 50 names on the list. Maybe some people changed their mind, some parents don't allow, but are you sure that you want to give up such an opportunity to improve on your playing skills to just, with a click - SNAP, and pass by? Even if Mr ong, alumis and teachers ry to help you guys, if you guys dont want to help yourself, then it would be like them trying to push a cow up an apple tree --> TOTALLY USELESS. Wake up and make up your mind. PLEASE lah. Miss sim finally ever since forever, agree to a "oversea" trip, and this is the kind of crappy respondance, then i feel that the teachers tried so hard to fight for NOTHING.

Oh, and if you are still thinking about money wise, most of the $300 can be deducted from your edusave. And people under financial assistance, fear not, you should be heavily subsidised.

5th thing, For the sec1, and the sec2 student leaders who are leading the sec1s in the national observance ceremony, please be reminded that its on this coming sunday, 17 August 08, at Chua Chu Kang Square, 200m away from the CC. From 7am to 9am.

6th thing, stop finding me long-winded because i am tired from today's run + sec3 SEP AND, i still have 1 whole big chunk to say. Hwa Chong Band is having an exchange concert with a Nanjing China Band on 22 Aug Fri from 4 - 5.45pm. It is at the drama centre at HCI. We had been invited over to watch also. Since it is on a friday, all the more that there should be no excuses for not being able to attend(other than a few who has tuition since forever).

7th thing, this is probably late, but i will be collecting the $1 tomorrow and on Friday. please take note.

8th thing, nyaa booklet for the sec 3s. Either Wednesday or Friday also. If you are not going to hand up your current nyaa booklet, I WILL MAKE YOU BUY 1 WHOLE NEW BOOK AND REWRITE EVERYTHING. So please take note.

9th thing, do you guys know why band practices are so boring, forever doing the same stuff over and over again, no games and activities, Mr ong spending forever talking abt rythms, notes, tone, articulation, etc? 1st is because you guys forget, i mean, it's normal to forget, i also forget lots of things too, but cant you guys take out a tiny pencil, that weighs less than maybe 100grammes, to take down notes which only require less than a minute of your life time? And maybe save hours of Mr ong teaching the SAME thing over and over again? 2nd, Sometimes, you take down notes, but why does Mr ong still have to re-teach? It is because of a few jokers that comes only in a blue moon(Forget what colour moon already -.- ) that Mr ong has to reteach. 3rd, if you guys could grasp most of what you were doing, those hours wasted to reteach would be used to learn more stuff, play games. Think about it and decide on what you should do.

Lastly, you may think I like scolding, I don't. How i am scolding you guys NOW totally sounds like as if i was a retard, just nagging at you and trying to get you to do some thing. The majors, are not maids, they are human, the same as you, just that they have more responsibility than you. They have more things to worry about, stop making them all angry over trival stuff which you can prevent them from scolding as long as you dont do it.

Also, if you always had a certain problem with a junior or senior, eg - My junior doesn't listen to me, show me attitude, etc. OR eg - My senior forever pick on me, call me names, the other members play everything wrong, i get scolded instead of them, etc. LET ME KNOW. I will try to help out with anything that is within my reach. I don't want later suddenly, because of someone scolding you, then you burst, go mad then disappear from the band forever.
