Thirdly, to the seniors, pls try to push a little by a little more on ur juniors n do impart all ur skills to them. This applies especially to the sec 4s. Teach ur juniors everything u noe. Ur sec 3s n 2s muz be better than u. Only then, the band can upgrade as the batchs goes by.
