alright. to clear the air. sectional leaders, what you are needed to do is to actually write down the serial number of ALL the instruments, regardless whether they are used or not. for those which are in use, write down the user's name beside the number. okay let's do a v ugly sample for this.
1 FARAH -inserts serial number- -inserts case number, if available-
so that's for the ones with owners. those w/o owners you just have to write in their serial number and case number. do get this done by tmrw. sectional leaders do come together as a group and ask for the keys from any one of the teachers so you can open up the band room. or probably daniel is opening the room tmrw so do your job by then.
i'm sorry to say people, the 4th of august concert i might not be able to go. my brother's getting engaged and daniel, wan yee, wei zhen and siok kan has a concert celebration to attend. but if you still want to go w/o us it's still fine. jsut bring the money and pass it to us. thanks.
REMEMBER BAND TEE TMRW. and do wash it so we can wear it on fri for the concert:D
